A look back at our mid-construction event

SIGMAPHI reached another key milestone in its future factory project during a mid-construction event attended by nearly 150 employees. Everyone came to get a sneak preview of this strategic site, which is still under construction but already embodies a strong collective ambition.

A visit to the heart of the project

Organized by ADENT and SEMBREIZH, the visits allowed the teams to get a concrete idea of this future production and work site. This highlight illustrated the significant progress made on the construction site, as well as the collective commitment that drives the project day after day. Seeing the building take shape reinforced the sense of belonging and shared pride in this major achievement.

A time for discussion and conviviality

After the visits, employees were able to prolong the moment with a convivial gathering around a galette des rois cake, promoting discussion, sharing, and cohesion between teams.

A modern and committed building

This future factory fully embodies SIGMAPHI’s industrial and environmental ambitions.

Investmet amount: €10.9 million
Plot area: 17,645 m²
Total building area: 6,167 m² including 1,000 m² of office space

Infrastructure:
workshop and warehouse

changing rooms and canteen

In a move firmly focused on energy transition, the building will be equipped with photovoltaic panels on the roof, covering 1,800 m² with a power output of 400 kWp, in partnership with Breizh Terre de Soleil.

A collective dynamic focused on the future

This mid-construction milestone marks an important turning point in the project’s progress and confirms the tremendous collective energy that is driving its success. The future looks promising, with many more milestones to reach together.
