QVCT DAY
A day dedicated to Quality of Life and Working Conditions: commitment, prevention and well-being
On 19 June, our teams rallied around a key issue: Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QLWC). Through a series of fun and educational events, this day enabled everyone to rediscover the concrete levers for improving their day-to-day working lives, in a friendly and caring atmosphere.
A concrete QHCT, serving the collective
The QHCT is not just an acronym: it is a collective commitment to fostering a healthy, stimulating working environment that respects the needs of everyone. In line with our HR policy, the aim of the day was to bring our commitments to life through 3 key events, focusing on prevention, personal development and safety.
Bike’n Learn: reducing stress for a calmer day
The first event of the day was an original workshop led by Karen Vidal, combining gentle physical activity and stress management. Mounted on fixed bikes, participants pedalled along while discovering simple and effective techniques for managing day-to-day pressure.
The aim was to show that taking care of yourself at work is compatible with the realities of the workplace, and even beneficial to performance!
Discover individual English training
Throughout the day, a stand dedicated to language training gave employees the opportunity to talk to Sophie and Amanda from ‘Amanda Grey’ about solutions for improving English skills, particularly for beginners, refresher courses and preparation for professional exchanges.
PPE workshop: reinforcing safety culture through games
Led by our HSE coordinator, this interactive workshop featured demonstrations, role-playing, team quizzes and discussions on Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). It was a fun and engaging way of reminding participants of the importance of good reflexes and of adopting safety practices on a daily basis.
The day was well attended by participants from all departments, demonstrating a genuine interest in the subjects of well-being, skills development and safety.
We would like to extend our warmest thanks to all the employees who took part, as well as to the HR and HSE (health and safety at work) teams who organised the event and helped to make it a success.
