The company is also a signatory to the UIMM charter, which promotes values such as social dialogue, responsibility and innovation.
A defined QSE/RSE approach
Sigmaphi has put in place an ambitious QSE/RSE policy that structures its actions in favour of sustainable development. This policy is based on several priorities:
- Environmental protection: Sigmaphi is committed to reducing its environmental impact by optimising its energy consumption, managing its waste responsibly and favouring sustainable modes of transport. The company is also committed to an ECOVADIS initiative (https://ecovadis.com/fr/) to assess and improve its environmental and social performance.
- Employee health and well-being: Sigmaphi focuses on the health and safety of its employees by implementing measures to prevent occupational hazards and by promoting a working environment conducive to their well-being. We involve external professionals such as opticians and naturopaths, as well as organisations such as Action Logement, to make it easier for employees to benefit from these services.
- Local economic development: Sigmaphi is actively involved in the economic development of its region by promoting local employment and forging partnerships with local players. The company has created dedicated jobs, works with the local employers’ association Vénétis and regularly takes on interns and work-study students from schools in the region to help open the doors to our different professions and inspire new vocations.
